.. timing yourself on 100m sprints is fairly challenging. I was holding a stopwatch, would start it, and take off when it got to 00:10, I would then glance at the watch as I hit 100.
.. wanted to stop after 3, thought I was going to die after 5. In the end the legs could keep going but the breaths became tiny little puffs.
.. should probably do sprints way more frequently but they’re so grosse!

As a sample, tonight I did a very-very, relax version to the clock and finished the 9 round with 02:30 still on the clock. With this in mind, my aim tomorrow is to make it to the 15 round.
